배터리 없는체로 사용한지 몃달은 지난거 같네요.

미국 델에 계속해서 온라인으로 1대1대화도 해보고 메일도 수차례 보내봤는데 

소유권 이전 문제는 특정부서에 전화해보라는 말밖에 안하네요?

한국쪽에서 어떻게 할 수 없나요? 

뭐 정 안된다고 하면 그냥 배터리 사서 제가 달게요 그냥 너무 추잡해서 더이상 못해먹겠네요.
