Inquiry about OMSA confirmation results after R510 disk replacement

I have an R510 server configured with RAID1 and RAID5.
There is no iDRAC port, and can only be checked with OMSA.
Disk 1EA of RAID5 failed, so I replaced it.
Disk replacement and rebuilding were completed normally.
After that, the person in charge checked,
OMSA says that the RAID group is not normal and there is no screen output.
Since this is a very old device, I want to know if this is a disk problem or a bug in OMSA. If you check the log, the rebuild is complete and appears normal.
Even when looking at the server with the naked eye, all disks are green.
Please reply if you have experience with it.
thank you.

Hello, thanks for choosing Dell.

Looks like the disk replacement has completed so is the rebuilding of VD without an issue.

Let us know of the OS version, we can guide you on the OMSA download.

Wish you a good day.

@DELL-Young

Thanks for the reply.

Is it because the OMSA version is low?

Seeing that OMSA is not printing properly even after rebuilding is completed, it seems like that is the case.

Since it is an R510 server where iDRAC was optional, it is very cumbersome to check.

I will check the OS version.

thank you.

Hello, the OMSA version would have to follow the OS version.

hi. I haven't asked about the version yet,
I was using OMSA normally until the problem occurred.
I'm curious as to why it's like that after replacing the disk.
thank you.

You could also try restarting OMSA service or OS reboot if you like
